[RESOLVED] A simple way to "draw" on a white background?

Hi there! Many of the schools around here are getting touch screens for computers, and I am wondering about creating a portable SIMPLE app that will let me sort of combine the basic functions of ms paint brush, with student attendance, math programs, things like that.

So basically I am wondering if anyone has seen any code examples or know how to "draw" something on a form? Like if I had a white background on my form, and I had a black dot, I know how to do mouse move, could I drag the black dot around, and connect the dots so to speak to mimmic "Writing"

I realize yes, I could just use paint, but this is going to eventually incorporate a bunch of other math progs I am working on. :)
