Trouble adding User Control and Related Document

Hi, I have these showing in Project Explorer and want to duplicate
them in a second project but I can't figure out how to 'get' them into it.

Have tried everything, including dragging from one VB6 to the other
and copying what I think is needed into its folder, but no luck.

Any help appreciated. Thanks.
