[RESOLVED] OleDbSrc.dll Missing reference

when i load my project, i get the following missing reference
Microsoft SQL Server DTS OLEDB Source Adapter 1.0 Type Library

below it shows a path like this : c:\windows\system32\OleDbSrc.dll

When i checked in System 32, i cudn't find one with that name. i'm using sql server 2005 and vb 6.0
Pls help me to solve this
