I have my server-client application to currently support 500 winsock connections on 1 single port. My question is, How many connections/arrays can it hold. once I get a large number of connections (lets say 100+) will it put a lot of stress on my network card?
The client receives data from the server. saying winsock1.senddata x, "!ping!" and all 500 clients reply with winsock1.senddata x, "!pong!".
If they all send a reply to the ping request to the server at once will this put stress on my network card?
