Does VB6 .exe work in win 8?

Hi guys

I am sure many of you have tired running .exe created with VB6.SP6, does it run in win8? Is there any problems that you face in running it. Is there any difference with this between 32 bit and 64 bit win8 in this .exe execution.

Is there a new version of VB6 in win8, i am not referring to visual basic .net which is believe up to 2013.
