Time In & Time Out via Database using Timer

Hello =)
I'am a big fan of Timer. I have a program like Inventory that i'm planning to add a Time In & Time Out fields.
The program has 5 Form, 3 of the Forms are the mains namely Main - Add and Edit Form.
I already done and it works fine the DataPicker.

So now I want to have a Automatic Input of Current Time on the Database Feld of TimeIn everytime I press the Add Form.
And same on Edit Form.

Noticed that the Park In(Field) shows "True" why it didn't show the current time?

The Timer is located in the Add Form for the TimeIn, and will be add another Timer for the Edit Form if this post will be solved =)
