[RESOLVED] Easer way of adding items to a listbox?

Hello everyone! I was working on a literacy game for students, so I am adding numbers to a listbox called Qlist.

But I was wondering if there was an easier way of adding numbers from 1-100 without going....

Qlist.additem "1"

etc all the way to 100, or is there a way to do it all in 1 line?
